DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Madison G. Laubscher, 22, of Potsdam with driving while intoxicated and ticketed Laubscher for illegally passing a red light at 12:25 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Market Street after an officer allegedly observed the vehicle pass through a steady red light. Laubscher reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.15 percent, nearly double the 0.08 level that marks proof of intoxication.
