STOLEN PROPERTY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Brian E. Snyder, 24, of 144 South Raquette River Road, Massena, with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following an investigation into a burglary complaint stemming from Aug. 4. The arrest was made at 233 Center St.

Massena-based state police had previously charged Austin B. Villnave, 19, of 144 South Raquette River Road, Massena, and Justin P. Love, 21, of 81 Chase St., Massena, with three counts of third-degree burglary and four counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief stemming from an Aug. 3 incident at Journeyman Self Storage, 2 Haverstock Road, as part of that same investigation.

Snyder allegedly sold a welder stolen from a storage shed rented by Thomas Chapman to a third party in November 2013.

DWI - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Cameron L. Murray, 21, of 251 state Route 420, Winthrop, with a felony count of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for operation of an unregistered motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 11:08 p.m. Sunday on state Route 11C in the town of Brasher. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.16 percent, double the 0.08 percent limit that is proof of intoxication.

THREE INJURED - ALTONA - Ellenburg-based state police said three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision at 3:48 p.m. Sunday on state Route 190at Devil’s Den Road, in the town of Altona. Trooper said the vehicles were being operated by Louis L. Laliberte, 54, of Altona and Frederick J. Barse, 36, of Massena.

Troopers said Barse was westbound on Route 190 when Laliberte pulled into the path of his vehicle after he had stopped on Devil’s Den Road at the intersection. He reporteldy did not see the Barse vehicle before entering the intersection.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Sunday. Among those:

■ Nicholas P. Erdmann, 22, of Watertown at 7:08 p.m. on state Route 68, near Pike Road, in the town of Canton.

■ Joseph J. Licata, 20, of HoHo Kus, N.J., at 4:28 p.m. on state Route 458, near South River Road, in the town of Santa Clara.

■ Jose A. Valentine, 57, of Brasher Falls struck a parked vehicle at 10 a.m. on state Route 420, near County Route 38, in the town of Stockholm.
