The following people are charged by various law enforcement agencies with driving while intoxicated and related offenses over the weekend:
n Patrick H. Wing, 25, of 448 Belmont Courts, Ogdensburg, was charged by state police early Saturday.
Police said he was stopped on Pray Road in Lisbon for a speeding violation.
Mr. Wings blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent, police said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more constitutes proof of intoxication.
n Madison G. Laubscher, 22, of Potsdam, was charged by Potsdam village police early Saturday. Police said she was stopped on Market Street for driving through a red light. Her BAC was 0.15 percent, police said.
n Jonathan M. Pratt, 40, of 525 Washington St., Ogdensburg, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI early Sunday.
Police said he was stopped on Route 37 in Waddington for driving on the shoulder and swerving.
State police said his BAC was 0.18 percent, the threshold for aggravated DWI under state law.
n State police on Sunday charged Cameron L. Murray, 21, of 251 Route 420, Winthrop, with felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. Mr. Murray was also cited for multiple traffic infractions, troopers said.
Troopers said that at about 11:08 p.m. on Route 11C in Brasher they conducted a traffic stop for an unregistered vehicle.
According to state police, a breath test showed Mr. Murray allegedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.16 percent.
Mr. Murray was arraigned in Brasher Town Court and released under St. Lawrence County Probation Department supervision.
