DWI - PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police reported Tuesday they had charged Matthew H. Grant, 20, of Potsdam with driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21 and ticketed him for failure to keep right following an accident at 3:29 a.m. Friday in the town of Parishville. Grant was treated at Canton-Potsdam Hospital for injuries he sustained in the accident.
STOLEN PROPERTY - LISBON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Caleb L. Rayburn, 25, of Ogdensburg with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Monday stemming from an investigation into a burglary complaint filed May 28 from the town of Lisbon.
CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION - DEKALB - Canton-based state police charged Amanda M. Gilbert, 30, of Massena with second-degree criminal impersonation and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle - more than three suspensions and ticketed her for an equipment violation - inadequate signal lights Tuesday stemming from an investigation into an incident that happened at 6:38 p.m. Feb. 28 in the town of Dekalb.The arrest was made Monday morning at 263 Marsh Road, Norfolk.
TRESPASSING - MADRID - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Cathleen L. Dishaw, 55, of Ogdensburg with trespassing Monday stemming from an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 8:50 a.m. March 1 from the town of Madrid.

■ David T. Sokolowski, 42, of Brushton and Ronald H. Shaw, 50, of Moira at 7:04 p.m. at a private driveway at 1347 Route 11 in the village of Brushton.
