Ogdensburg police ticketed Jeremy J. Barkley, 29, of Ogdensburg, at 2:19 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of Deviller Street for driving without a left side mirror and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

■ Police ticketed Wayne E. Simmons, 34, of 527 King St., at 7:46 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of King Street and New York Avenue for leaving the scene of an accident following a two-car accident.

■ Police arrested Joshua R. Compo, 24, of 729 Caroline St., at 9:14 a.m. Thursday at the St. Lawrence County Probation Department on a County Court bench warrant. He was transported to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.

Police arrested Carol Ann Jameson, 47, of 615 Ford Ave., at 9:15 a.m. Thursday on a city court arrest warrant for third-degree falsely reporting an incident and making a punishable false written statement. She was arraigned by Judge Gary Alford and released on her own recognizance.

■ Police ticketed Emily L. Bush, 41, of 1338 County Route 24, Gouverneur, at 12:31 p.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of State Street for speeding.

■ Police ticketed Jeffery M. Durant, 34, of 5673 Route 374, Chateaugay, at 4:40 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of New York Avenue and Pine Street for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a two-car accident.

■ Police ticketed Leonard P. Legault III, 27, of 1016 Knox St., at 5:34 p.m. Thursday on the 1700 block of Ford Street for following too closely after a two-car accident.

■ Police arrested Daniel V. Dominie, 41, of 736 State St., at 5:50 p.m. Thursday at the police station on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant for a probation violation. He was transported to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.

■ Police ticketed Kevin G. Goolden, 18, of 427 Pleasant Ave., at 9:05 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of State Street and Riverside Avenue for driving without a driver’s side headlight and failing to stop at a stop sign.

■ Police ticketed Trevor M. Hudson, 31, of Niskayuna, at 11:50 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Route 37 and New York Avenue for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and failing to signal for a turn.

■ Police arrested Rashad Jamal Byrd, 37, of 654 English Road, Rochester, at 11:59 a.m. Friday at the St. Lawrence County Court House, Canton, for two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was arraigned by Judge William Small and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, without bail. No further details were available.

■ Police arrested Ryan C. Hughes, 18, of 11 Mill St., at 12:37 p.m. Friday at his home for second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned by Judge Small and released on his own recognizance. Further details were not available.

■ Police arrested Jonathan N. Jobin, 30, of 2068 County Route 19, DeKalb Junction, at 3 p.m. Friday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine. He was originally charged with criminal contempt. Mr. Jobin was arraigned by Judge Small, paid a fine and was released.

■ Police ticketed Savanna M. Bush, 17, of 37 Lisbon St., Heuvelton, at 3:45 Friday at the intersection of Morris and East South streets for unsafe backing following a two-car accident.

■ Police arrested Angelo J. Fiacco, 26, of 317 Kiah St., at 8:38 p.m. Friday at his home for endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing. He was arraigned by Judge Alford and released under his own recognizance.

■ Police ticketed Timothy J. Thomas, 34, of 4317 County Route 10, DePeyster, at 1:37 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Mansion Avenue and Grove Street for exposing himself. Mr. Thomas was reportedly running through yards naked.

■ Police ticketed Kyle P. Langley, 23, of 933 Ford St., at 3:13 p.m. Saturday on the 1300 block of Ford Street for speeding.

■ Police ticketed Jacob B. McDonald, 29, of 9002 Route 58, at 7:56 p.m. Saturday on the 10 block of Rensselaer Avenue for failing to keep right and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

■ Police ticketed Rosemary M. Staley, 52, of 1106 Ford St., at 9:42 a.m. Monday on the 1000 block of State Street for speeding in a school zone.
