■ Ogdensburg police ticketed Daniel J. Litwicki, 48, of 1 Crary Drive, Canton, at 5:12 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Route 37 and Ford Street Extension for following too closely following a two-car accident. Police said that Mr. Litwicki hit a car driven by Marylou McKee, 69, of 807 Linden St. No injuries were reported.

■ Joseph G. Mallette III, 28, of 611 Ford Ave., was ticketed at 9:04 a.m. Tuesday for second-degree harassment, city police said.

■ Police ticketed Rachel A. Gordon, 25, of 308 Jersey Ave., at 9:04 a.m. Tuesday for second-degree harassment.

■ Erin K. Omarah, 24, of 245 Monkey Hill Road, was arrested by city police at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday at the police station on a City Court arrest warrant for second-degree assault. She was arraigned by Judge William Small and released under the supervision of probation. Ms. Omarah was accused of assaulting Emily E. Ives, 22, of 29 Lee Drive, on Feb. 26 at the Lockwood Arena. Ms. Omarah was also issued a no-contact order of protection.

■ Police arrested Tanner L. Delarge, 17, of 1223 Mechanic St., at 9:47 a.m. Tuesday on a City Court bench warrant for a probation violation. He was arraigned by Judge Small and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.

■ Police arrested Audie T. Middlemiss, 52, of 785 Stone Church Road, at 9:47 a.m. Tuesday on a City Court arrest warrant for five felony counts of first-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned by Judge Small and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, without bail. Mr. Middlemiss was accused of violating a stay-away order of protection with Maxine M. Jerome, 23, of 154 Plover Hill St., between March 4 and Sept. 9, 2013.

■ Todd A. Merrill, 52, 164 Morrison Road, Gouverneur, was arrested by city police at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of Knox Street on a City Court warrant for petit larceny. Mr. Merrill was arraigned by Judge Small and released on his own recognizance.

■ Police arrested Scott M. Kroeger, 29, of 504 Ford Ave., at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Ford Avenue for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was released after posting $200 bail.

■ Police ticketed Dalton M. Laflair, 18, of 5475 Route 37, at 8:39 p.m. Tuesday for having a modified exhaust system.
