DANGEROUS DOG - MASSENA - Village police charged Edward W. Latour, 23, of 405 South Main St., Massena, with harboing a dangerous dog, keeping an unvaccinated dog, having an unlicensed dog and allowing a dog to run at large at 6:16 p.m. Friday. Police said Latour’s pit bull bit a female walking on South Main Street.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Madeline S. Johnson, 45, of 16 Snye Road, Akwesasne, Que., with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for operation of a vehicle with inadequate brake lights and operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 12:45 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street.



BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Paula M. Gurrola, 28, of 26 Tamaack St., Massena, on a bench warrant issued by Norfolk Town Court at 11:10 p.m. Friday. She was turned over to Norfolk Town Police pending arraignment in Norfolk Town Court.



INSUFFICIENT TAIL LAMP - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Corey S. Caswell, 26, of Wealth Avenue, Watertown, for operation of a a vehicle with insufficient tail lamps at 10:04 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Park Avenue.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Gage M. Landon, 18, of Perkins Road, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights at 9:34 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Brighton Avenue.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Bryan P. Goolden, 19, of East Kent Road, Kent, for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle at 4:55 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Willow Street.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Mary Beth Lamay, 46, of Lacombe Road, Norfolk, for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle at 3:09 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on South Main Street.
