DWI - MASSENA - Village police charged Brandi A. Weaver, 23, of Winthrop with driving while intoxicated at 4:15 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street. She reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.17 percent. A BAC of 0.08 or higher is proof of intoxication in the state.



FALSE IMPERSONATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Billy G. Goodreau, 27, of 33 Middlebury Ave., Massena, with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 3:13 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street. He was held in the village lockup overnight pending arraignment Sunday morning in Massena Village Court.



BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Kathleen M. Morgan, 29, of Massena on a bench warrant issued by the St. Lawrence County Court for an alleged violation of her probation. She was turned over to state police and transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility pending arraignment on the warrant in county court.



UNLICENSED OPERATOR - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Elicia J. Gurrola, 30, of Barker Road, Potsdam, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 10:20 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street. Gurrola reportedly was operating on an expired license.



BRAKE LIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kingsley K. Robert, 22, of Lawrence Avenue, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate brake lights at 9:43 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Willow Street.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Robert A. Murray, 42, of Root Road, Potsdam, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights at 8:18 p.m. following a traffic stop on South Main Street.
