AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Tiffany R. Coates, 27, of Moira with two counts of second-degree aggravated harassment, two counts of second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and two counts of falsely reporting an emergency early Tuesday morning. She was arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail.

Troopers said they responded to an aggravated harassment complaint at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday and made the arrest at 1:48 a.m. at 455 County Route 32, Bombay.



PETIT LARCENY - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Aleah Thompson, 18, of Cornwall Island, Ont., with petit larceny on March 9 stemming from an investigation into a shoplifting incident reported at 10:31 a.m. Feb. 17 from the town of Bombay.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - POTSDAM - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Monday. Among those:

■ Malik Shaheen Akhtar, 61, of Brampton, Ont., at 1:39 p.m. on Sylvan Falls Road, near the Santamont Road, in the town of Hopkinton.

■ Ruby L. Sheldon, 75, of Parishville at 1:53 p.m. on County Route 47, near Rosenbarker Road, in the town of Parishville.
