THREE INJURED - MADRID - Three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision at 4:26 p.m. Wednesday on County Route 31 at County Route 14. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Matthew D. Bell, 23, of Waddington and Donna M. Wells, 62, of Gouverneur.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - CANTON - Canton-based state police charged Adam C. Rumpf, 27, of Parishville and David N. Freundschud, 22, of Lockport with unlawful possession of marijuana at 10:31 a.m. Wednesday following a stop on Route 11 in the town of Canton.

PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Dale E. Hazelton, 46, of Norfolk with petit larceny Wednesday following an investigation into a shoplifting incident reported at 7:57 p.m. Saturday from the town of Massena. She was additionally charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, The arrest was made 12:49 p.m. Wednesday at 140 Liberty Ave., Massena.

HARASSMENT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Dale E. Hazelton, 46, of Norfolk with second-degree harassment at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday after responding to a domestic incident complaint from the town of Norfolk.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Bryan T. Croft, 21, of Fort Covington with unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate plate lamp and operation of a vehicle with an inadequate tail lamp at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on County Route 1 in the town of Bombay.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - PARISHVILLE - State police from around the region responded to property damage accidents on Wednesday. Among those:

■ Judith L. Fraser, 51, of Colton at 7:24 a.m. Wednesday on Route 72, near Ashton Road, in the town of Parishville.
