BURGLARY - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Natalie H. White, 35, of Hogansburg with second-degree burglary and third-degree burglary after an incident at 2:44 p.m. March 11 on Raquette Point. White was arraigned at Bombay Town Court and released.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Kristian J. Thompson, 41, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlights on March 11.



PASSING ON RIGHT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Melanie Irving, 38, of St-Agnes de Dundee, Que., for passing on the right on March 11 following a traffic stop on state Route 37 .



INADEQUATE STOP LAMPS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Nora A. Irish, 71, of Massena for inadequate stop lamps following a March 11 traffic stop on state Route 37.



INADEQUATE STOP LAMPS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Stephen M. Tremblay, 16, of Fort Covington for inadequate stop lamps following a traffic stop March 10 on state Route 37.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Bradley M. Mulverhill, 18, of Hogansburg with unlawful possession of marijuana, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, third-degree hindering prosecution and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Mr. Mulverhill was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to Franklin County Jail on $4,000 cash or $8,000 bond. He was released by court order on March 11.



SPEEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Kayloni A. Delormier, 25, of Rooseveltown for speed in zone (54/35) March 11 on Cook Road.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Mazal Serur, 52, of Pincourt, Que. for inadequate headlights and inadequate stop lamps following a traffic stop on March 12 on state Route 37.



AUO - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Christopher R. George, 20, of Akwesasne with inadequate headlights and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.



DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Cary M. Bero, 42, of Hogansburg with aggravated driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for making an unsafe lane change. Police allege that Bero’s blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher is considered proof of intoxication in the state. The charge is elevated to aggravated DWI when the BAC is o.18 percent of higher.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Kris Balaban, 61, of Southington, Conn., for speed in zone (50/35) following a traffic stop on state Route 37.



CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Alfred S. Jackson, 48, of Hogansburg with first-degree criminal contempt. Jackson was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to Franklin County Jail with $bail set at 5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. He was released from the jail by court order on March 18.



ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Lesa M. Terrance, 37, of Hogansburg with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Terrance was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released under the supervision. of the probation department.



STOP SIGN VIOLATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Stephanie M. Square, 41, of St. Regis, Que., for failure to stop at a stop sign on March 13.



FAILURE TO PRODUCE DRIVER’S LICENSE – AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Casey M. Oakes, 21, of Akwesasne, Ont., for failure to produce driver’s license following a traffic stop on March 13.



UNREGISTERED VEHICLE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Cobretti Jock, 18, of Hogansburg for operation of an unregistered vehicle and uninsured vehicle and operation of a vehicle with inadequate tail lights following a traffic stop on state Route 37.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Sally M. Hamelin, 56, of Hogansburg for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Mark W. Shimel, 58, of Bridgeport, Vt., for speed in zone (60/45) following a traffic stop on state Route 37.



INADEQUATE HEADLAMPS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Karrie L. Haverstock, 48, of St. Regis Falls for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlamps on March 14.



AUO - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Mandy N. Charlebois, 26, of Fort Covington with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for following too closely and failure to exhibit driver’s license following a traffic stop on March 15.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Cody J. Anderson, 22, of Massena with operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights following a traffic stop on March 15.



SPEED IN ZONE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Katherine Tessier, of Cornwall, Ont., for speed in zone, (51/35) following a traffic stop on March 16 on state Route 37.
