UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Angelea D. Maldonado, 23, of Constable with consuming alcohol in motor vehicle, possession of hypodermic instrument, and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on March 18. Maldonado is to appear in Bombay Town Court.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Jamie Williams, 43, of Honesdale, Pa., for speed in zone on March 18 following a traffic stop on state Route 37.



INADEQUATE LIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Carl B. Rathwell, 58, of Chesterville, Ont., for operation of a vehicle with inadequate stop lamps and inadequate tail lamps following a traffic stop on March 18.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Deylin M. Jacobs, 27, of Hogansburg for speed in zone and operation of a vehicle with inadequate stop lamps following a traffic stop on March 19.



INADEQUATE STOP LAMP - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Katherine Lazore, 33, of Hogansburg for inadequate stop lamp following a traffic stop on March 19.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Emma L. Shenandoah, 34, of Hogansburg, for inadequate headlights following a traffic stop on March 19.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Leona A. Phillips, 40, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlights following a traffic stop on March 19.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Louis M. David, 27, of Martintown, Ont., for inadequate headlights following a traffic stop on March 20.



DWAI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Wahiahawi C. Barreiro, 38, of Hogansburg with driving while ability impaired by alcohol and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights following a traffic stop on March 21. Barreiro’s blood alcohol content was reportedly 0.05 percent, the minimum threshold for a DWAI charge. Ms. Barreiro was released on appearance tickets returnable to Bombay Town Court.



AUO - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Trish D. Keese, 37, of Rooseveltown with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for unsafe passing on left and failure to obey a police officer following a traffic stop on March 21.



TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Monique Riopel, 66, of Saint Anicet, Que,, for failure to obey traffic control device following a traffic control on March 21.



PETIT LARCENY - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Bobby J. Pierce, 26, of North Bangor with petit larceny after an incident on March 21. Pierce is to appear in Bombay Town Court.



DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Catherine J. Leaf, 48, of Hogansburg with driving while intoxicated and refusal to take a breath test and ticketed him for failure to use designated lane and unsafe turn/failure to signal following a traffic stop on March 22. Ms. Leaf was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released to appear on April 15.



DRUG PARAPHERNALIA - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Quinn X. Hall, 24, of West Chazy with second-degree criminal use of a drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop March 22 on state Route 37.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Jordan C. Strathdee, 22, of Ogdensburg with unlawful possession of marijuana on March 22.



INADEQUATE LIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Marissa E. Catlin, 22, of Ogdensburg for operation of a vehicle with inadequate stop lamps and failure to use designated lane following a traffic stop on March 22.



PETIT LARCENY - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Shyla H. Cook, 23, of Akwesasne, Que., with petit larceny on March 22.



SPEEDING - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Craig F. L. Roundpoint, 27, of Akwesasne, Ont., for speeding following a traffic stop on March 23.
