CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Corey J. Kellison, 29, of Massena with second-degree criminal impersonation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle ticketed him for operation of an uninspected, unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle, operation of a vehicle with improper plates and failure to attackj sticker following a traffic stop at 11:56 p.m. Monday on state Route 56 in the town of Norfolk.

TRESPASSING - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Emily E. Marshall, 20, of Malone with third-degree criminal trespass after responding to a trespassing complaint at 6:02 p.m. Monday in the village of Malone.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - POTSDAM - State police responded to a number of property damage accidents around the region on Monday. Among those:

■ Michael John Mead, 20, of Lisbon and Andrew James Durand, 19, of Canton at 8:48 a.m. Monday on Route 11, near Morgan Road, in the town of Potsdam.
