■ Ogdensburg police arrested Keith B. Dennee, 54, of 107 Albany Ave., at 11:54 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Lafayette and Pickering streets on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date and pay a fine. He was originally charged with petit larceny. Mr. Dennee was arraigned by Judge Gary Alford and released after posting $200 bail.

■ Police ticketed Christopher J. Frisina, 22, of 618 Knox St., at 12:32 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of Knox Street for driving without tail lights.

■ Police ticketed Robert W. Mceathron, 59, of 1113 Greene St., at 1:52 p.m. Friday on the 1000 block of Greene Street for driving 45 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour speed zone.

■ Police arrested Nicholas J. Green, 17, of 213 Belmont Courts, at 5:59 p.m. Friday at Ogdensburg Free Academy on a city court arrest warrant for aggravated criminal contempt. He was also arrested on a city court arrest warrant for criminal obstruction of breathing. Mr. Green was arraigned by Judge Gary Alford and was released after posting $1,000 bail.

■ Police arrested Michael S. Brooks, 35, of 426 Pine St., at 7:10 p.m. Friday on a city court arrest warrant for two-counts of second-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned by Judge Gary Alford and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $1,500 bail or $3,000 bond.

■ Police ticketed Cody R. Weinkauf, 17, of 835 East Road, Heuvelton, at 6:49 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Greene and Park streets for driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol, failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign, operating a vehicle in violation of restrictions on his license and driving with more than two passengers under 21.

Police also arrested Ryan E. Kelly, 20, of 2191 Kelly Road, Rensselaer Falls, at 6:49 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Green and Park streets for resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, unlawfully possessing marijuana and trespassing. He was arraigned by Judge William Small and released on his own recognizance.

■ Police ticketed Megan B. LaRock, 33, of 73 River Lane, at 10:40 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of State and Gilbert streets for following too closely after a three-car accident. Police said the accident caused damage to a parked car owned by James M. Dettmer, 30, of 700 Mansion Ave., and a car driven by Roxanne L. Brunet, 58, of 615 Knox St. No injuries were reported.

■ Police ticketed Erin K. Omarah, 24, of 245 Monkey Hill Road, at 5:54 p.m. Saturday at Walmart for failing to yield the right of way at a stop light after a two-car accident. Police say she hit a vehicle driven by Evelyn M. Laflair, 50, of 804 Mansion Ave. No injuries were reported.

■ Police arrested Patrick J. Kennedy, 32, of 411 Main St., on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant. He was taken to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.

■ Police ticketed Bryan J. Irvine, 32, of 711 Lafayette St., at 3:25 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Greene and Pleasant streets for unsafe backing following a two-car accident. Police said he hit a car driven by Janet H. Skelly, 49, of 933 Ford St. No injuries were reported.

■ Police arrested Jonathon B. Howe, 20, of 623 Barre St., at 3:29 p.m. Sunday at the police station for petit larceny. He was released with an appearance ticket.

■ Police ticketed Gary S. Corbine, 50, of 113 Montgomery St., at 8:09 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Spring Street and St. Lawrence Avenue for driving an unregistered car and failing to stop at a stop sign.

■ Police ticketed Vincent A. Pratt, 50, of 715 Lake St., at 11:29 a.m. Monday at his home for placing restricted materials outside.

■ Police arrested Danielle A. Nichols, 33, of 1073 Washington St., at 1:20 p.m. Monday at his home on a city court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine. He posted $300 bail and was released on an appearance ticket.

■ Police arrested Mckenzie S.M. Hazelton, 21, of 6498 Route 68, at 2:49 p.m. Monday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at her court date. She was arraigned by Judge William Small and released under her own recognizance.
