INADEQUATE STOP LAMPS - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Dylan G. Greer, 18, of Potsdam for operation of a vehicle with inadequate stop lamps at 2:28 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on May Road.



INSUFFICIENT TAIL LIGHTS - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Don M. Anson, 29, of Richville for operation of a vehicle with insufficient tail lamps at 8:29 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Market Street.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Christian A. Blakely, 21, of Schenectady for following too closely at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday following an investigation into a property damage accident.



CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - POTSDAM - Village police charged Marshall J. Garner, 70, of Potsdam with twocounts of third-degree criminal mischief - damage to another’s property amount greater than $250, fourth-degree criminal mischief - disabling equipment to prevent request for emergency assistance and third-degree assault at 11:07 p.m. Tuesday following an investigation into a domestic dispute on Waverly Street. Garner reportedly struck the victim in the face. He was arraigned by Stockholm Town Justice Wayne Williams and released on his own recognizance.
