■ Ogdensburg police ticketed Vaughne M. Simmons, 50, of 5926 Route 68, at 5:19 p.m. Monday on the 1000 block of Park Street for inadequate tail lights.

■ Police ticketed Donna L. Shippee, 58, of 2515 California Road, Gouverneur, at 5:57 p.m. Monday at 1134 Paterson St. for driving with suspended registration following a two-car accident. Police said William B. Cruikshank, 39, of 340 Randall Road, was driving the other vehicle. No injuries were reported.

■ Police ticketed Scott G. Wells, 26, of 112 Cherry St., at 12:06 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Greene and Morris streets for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a two-car accident. Police said Robert Lovely Sr., 83, of 2214 Knox St., was driving the second car. No injuries were reported.

■ Police arrested Clark J. Zanker, 23, of 25 Morley Park Drive, at 12:11 p.m. Tuesday at the police station on a City Court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date. He was arraigned by Judge William Small and released under his own recognizance.
