FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE - MOIRA - Malone-based state police Robert M. Jackson, 37, of Moira with being a fugitive from justice after picking him up at 1:59 p.m. Thursday on Route 11 at County Route 5 in the town of Moira. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail pending extreadition proceedings.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Kevin A. Cook. 21,of Moira with third-degree criminal mischief - damage greater than $250 and second-degree harassment after responding to a domestic dispute complaint at 10:30 a.m. Thursday from the town of Bombay.

Cook allegedly damaged a televisionby ripping it off the wall where it was mounted and also broke a window by throwing a shovel through it.

He was arraigned in the town of Bombay Court and was released under the supervision of probation department.

CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Albert A. Brossoit, 23, of Fort Covington with a felony count of first-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment after responding to a domestic dispute complaint at 2:35 p.m. Thursday from the town of Fort Covington.
