DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Christiana J. Deforge, 22, of with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for operation of a vehicle with insufficient tail lamps at 2:03a.m. Friday on Broad Street. Police said they made the traffic stop after observing her vehicle operating without the tail lights in operation. She reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.17 percent, more than double the legal limit, A BAC of 0.08 percent or higher is considered proof of intoxication in the state.



UNINSPECTED VEHICLE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Bryant E. Tyler, 39, of Solvay for operationof a motor vehicle with an expired inspection

at 1:45a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Sandstone Drive.



RED LIGHT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Carl J. Amelotte, 89, of Potsdam for improperly passing a red light at 3:17p.m. Friday following a property damage accident on Maple Streetat the entrance to Clarkson University.
