PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged John R. Harriman, 21, of Tupper Lake with public urination at 2:05 a.m. Sunday after police observed him urinating in plain view on Elm Street.



DIOSRDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Patrick A. Clement, 21, of Gouverneur with disorderly conduct at 2:15 a.m. Sunday after responding to a report of an altercation on Market Street.



HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Melinda J. Orologio, 24, of Potsdam with endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of second-degree harassment at 10:20 a.m. Sunday following an investigation into two seperate domestic incidents that had been reported to Potsdam Police.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Tyler J. Burns, 24, of Canton with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with inadequate plate lamps at 8:57 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Leroy Street.
