CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - MASSENA - Village police charged Dustin A. Badder, 17, of 34 Colgate Ave., Massena, with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 11:34 p.m. Monday following an investigation into a domestic dispute. He took a large screen television off a stand and slammed in the floor and slammed a door several times, damaging the casing, during an argument with his mother, Sandra. He was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and released under the supervision of the probation department with a stipulation he get anger management counseling.

HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Village police charged Jessica Gilmore, 18, of 18 Park Ave., Apt. D, Massena, with second-degree harassment at 9:45 p.m. Monday stemming from investigation into an incident that took place on Feb. 21. Gilmore told police she went to the South Main Street residence of Brittany Courter to pick up her book bag and as she was leaving she was punched in the back of the head by Courter. Gilmore told police at the time of the incident she and Courter had been friends for a long period of time but had been arguing as of late.

HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Village police charged James Amorosa, 51, of 101 Andrews St., Massena, with second-degree harassment at 10:05 p.m. Monday following an investigation into an incident that took place on March 21. He reportedly tried to knock a cigarette out of the mouth of Denise Brothers during a domestic dispute and ended up slapping her in the face.

UNREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kristen M. Lacombe, 27, of Haskell Street, Massena, for operation of an unregistered motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with an inadequate brake lamp at 10:25 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on North Main Street.
