ONE INJURED - HOLMES HILL - Massena-based state police said one person was injured in a one-vehicle collision at 12:03 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 11C, near state Route 11, in the town of Stockholm. Troopers said vehicle was operated by Francis H. Pelkey, 82, of 278 Mitchell Hollow Road, Windham. Troopers said Pelkey did not recall the accident. He was transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital by Tri-Town Rescue for evaluation and treatment of a minor cut to his nose and was released upon his wife’s arrival.



ONE INJURED - POTSDAM - One person was injured in a three-vehicle collision at 1:52 p.m. Tuesday on County Route 35 at McGinnis Road in the town of Potsdam. Canton-based state police said the vehicles were operated by James C. Sebastian, 71, of Massena; Harry M. Burkett. 48, of Norwood; and John L. Scholl, 64, of Norwood.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police responded to a number of property damage accidents around the region on Tuesday. Among those:

■ Linda A. Goulet, 54, of Long Sault, Ont., at 2:55 p.m. on the mall access road at O’Neil Road in the town of Massena.



CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Jesse L. Anson, 33, of County Route 18, Richville, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for an equipment violation - inadequate stop lamps following a traffic stop at 7:27 p.m. Tuesday in the town of Norfolk. During the traffic stop, troopers found Anson had a person in the vehicle that was in violation of an order of protection that directed him to stay away from that individual.



MENACING - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Albert A. Brossoit, 23, of Fort Covington with second-degree menacing with a weapon Tuesday following an investigation into an incident filed with troopers on Feb. 24.



BURGLARY - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Jeffrey J. Hayes, 46, of Malone with second-degree burglary after responding to a burglary in progress complaint art 2:22 p.m. Tuesday from the town of Bombay. Troopers said the arrest was made a short time later at 203 County Route 1, Bombay.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - BANGOR - Malone-based state police charged Randy A. Bassett, 46, of Brushton with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and making an unsafe turn - failure to signal following a traffic stop at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 11B in the town of Bangor. He was additionally charged with a misdemeanor count of unlawfully growing cannabis.
