PETIT LARCENY - Village police charged David H. Exware, 54, of Norwood with petit larceny at 10:50a.m. Wednesday following an investigation into a larceny from a building last month. Exware allegedly entered a storage shed on Sisson Street March 25and removed several items. The property owners were notified that someone was in their storage shed and were able to obtain a license plate number of the vehicle the man was operating. All the property taken was recovered. Exware was released on an appearance ticket for Potsdam Village Court.
