■ Ogdensburg police issued an appearance ticket to Juan J. Claudio, 18, of 18 Pine St., at 8:42 p.m. Sunday at Price Chopper for petit larceny and trespass.
■ Police arrested Christopher M. Laplatney, 25, of 5375 Route 68, at 12:24 a.m. Saturday on a City Court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date. He was originally charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Mr. Laplatney was arraigned by Judge Gary Alford and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond.
■ Police ticketed Robert A. Symonds Jr., 19, of 322 King St., Apt. 1, at 8:34 p.m. Friday at his home for the unlawful possession of marijuana.
■ Police arrested Kristi A. Thorpe, 28, of 601 New York Ave., at 3:27 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of New York Avenue on a City Court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine and appear at her court date. She was originally charged with criminal contempt. Ms. Thorpe was arraigned by Judge William Small and released on an appearance ticket.
■ Police ticketed Dalton M. Laflair, 18, of 5475 Route 37, at 12:31 p.m. Thursday on the 700 block of Ford Street for a horn violation and inadequate exhaust.
■ Police arrested Samantha L. Herbick, 23, of 312 Belmont Courts, at 10:28 a.m. Friday at her home on a Massena arrest warrant. She was taken to the Massena Police Department.
■ Police arrested Francis M. Keith, 36, of 231 Spile Bridge Road, at 11:13 a.m. Friday at the police station on a City Court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date and pay a fine. He was originally charged with petit larceny. Mr. Keith was released on an appearance ticket after posting $50 bail.
■ Police ticketed John M. OShea, 28, of 501 Barre St., at 3:47 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Proctor Avenue for speeding.
■ Police ticketed Meahgan T. Lefevre, 25, of 9774 Route 37, at 4:07 p.m. Wednesday at the Downtown Arterial for speeding.
■ Police arrested Raymond C. Crouse, 48, of 154 County Route 18, Richville, at 8:53 p.m. Wednesday on Route 37 for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving with an inadequate head lamp. Mr. Crouse was released after posting $100 bail.
