MASSENA - According to a release from Can Am Youth Services issued Thursday morning the Rose Hill Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center for Youth is now a 14 bed residential facility.
The center was previously licensed as a 30-bed facility.
Rose Hill is pleased to announce that its program has undergone transformation and restructuring and we are continuing to offer adolescent residential rehabilitation services to youth in need of substance abuse treatment, the statement read.
The facility will continue to serve both male and female adolescents suffering from addiction and addiction-related issues.
By decreasing our beds and creating a less institutional like atmosphere, we hope to engage and retain more youth in treatment, the statement said.
Those in need of treatment or interested in referring someone to Rose Hill may contact the facility at 764-9700 and speak with Lisa in the admissions department.
