DWAI DRUGS - MASSENA - Village police charged Jordan P. Deshane, 18, of 7 Bishop Ave., Massena, with driving while ability impaired by drugs, speed in zone, unlicensed operation, reckless driving and a stop sign violation at 1;25 a.m. Friday on Bishop Avenue.



ENDANGERING THE WELFARE - MASSENA - Village police charged Gerald J. Castle Jr., 26, of 419 South Main St., No. 1, Massena, with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment at 8:40 p.m. Thursday following an alleged domestic dispute. He was arraigned by Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and released after posting $500 cash bail.



AUO - MASSENA - Village police charged Heather M. Kirby, 28, of 635 state Route 345, Potsdam, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 8 p.m. Thursday.



AUO - MASSENA - Village police charged Chad M. McGregor, 34, of 266 East Orvis St., Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 2 p.m. Thursday on Main Street.



SPEED NOT REASONABLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jocelynn M. Thompson, 21, of Winthrop for speed not reasonable, unlicensed operation and failure to keep right at 1:56 p.m. Friday on the Grove Street Extension.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jamie Lynn Herne, 32, of Massena for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle at 10:45 a.m. Friday on East Orvis Street.
