MASSENA - Trista LaDue, 22, of 17 Parker Avenue was picked up on a warrant Friday morning for violating the terms of her release into the supervision of her probation.
She had been charged with two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument after allegedly stealing two blank checks from her grandmother.
According to court documents, one of the conditions of LaDues release was that she cooperated with an outpatient rehabilitation program. Documents indicate she went to the first day of her treatment and has not returned since.
Acting Village Court Judge James Crandall signed a warrant for her arrest on April 1.
She was arraigned by Judge Crandall Friday afternoon and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond.
