TRESPASS - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Amanda H. Webster, 20, of Brasher Falls with trespass at 1:15 p.m. Saturday at the Potsdam Wal-Mart. She was released on an appearance ticket.



SEXUAL MISCONDUCT - GOUVERNEUR - Gouverneur-based state police charged Daniel M. Sweeney, 17, of Gouverneur with three counts of sexual misconduct and one count of acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 at 10:37 p.m. Sunday, stemming from an incident reported to troopers at 7:30 p.m. Sunday from the town of Gouverneur. He was released on his own recognizance.



BURGLARY - PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police charged Shawn L. McGregor, 38, of Norfolk with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property valued at less than $1,000 at 6 p.m. Saturday at 33D Grantville Road, stemming from an incident reported to troopers at 12 a.m. April 1 from the town of Parishville. He was arraigned in local court and ordered held.



PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Bobbi S. Prashaw, 27, and Ashley L. Fuller, 24, both of Gouverneur, with petit larceny at 3:02 p.m. Saturday at the Potsdam Wal-Mart. They were released on appearance tickets.



PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Bliss A. Snyder, 36, of Raymondville with petit larceny at 3:50 p.m. Saturday at the Potsdam Wal-Mart She was released on an appearance ticket.



DWI - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police charged Charles P. Reagan, 37, of Avon, Conn., with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent, resisting arrest, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to obey a police officer, failure to keep right on a two-lane road, speed in zone, operating an unregistered ATV, illegal operation of an ATV on a highway, reckless driving of an ATV and no ATV insurance policy at 12:02 a.m. Sunday on state Route 458 in St. Regis Falls.

Troopers said that about 11:55 p.m. Saturday they attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a 2003 Kawasaki ATV that was traveling south in the roadway on Main Street, St. Regis Falls. They said Reagan accelerated and fled south on state Route 458 after the trooper activated his emergency lights.

According to police, the ATV continued fleeing for approximately two miles, until Reagan attempted to exit the road on the west shoulder and momentarily stopped his ATV. The trooper got out of his patrol vehicle and was able to take him into custody after a brief struggle. Reagan had a blood alcohol content of 0.15 percent, they said.

He was arraigned in Waverly Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond, to reappear April 29.



MARIJUANA POSSESSION - WESTVILLE - Malone-based state police charged Tyler S. Redziniak, 24, of Albany with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, failure to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles of an address change and moving from lane unsafely at 10:15 p.m. Sunday on state Route 37 in the town of Westville. He was released on an appearance ticket.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - BANGOR - Malone-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 8:37 p.m. Saturday on state Route 11, at Wagner Road, in the town of Bangor. The vehicle was operated by Travis J. Robideau, 21, of Moira.
