CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - POTSDAM - Village police charged Corey Peck, 34, of Potsdam with criminal mischief at 1:34 a.m. Sunday after responding to Racquette Road for a report of two males engaged in an argument. Police said he was charged in accordance with the states domestic violence laws. Police said they were unable to facilitate an arraignment, and Peck was released on an appearance ticket for May 2 in Potsdam Village Court.
UNNECESSARY NOISE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Kyle Vanvleet, 21, of Cohoes with unnecessary noise - yelling at 2:56 a.m. Sunday after responding to an apartment on Market Street for a second noise complaint by the same individual who had previously been warned by village police. He was release on an appearance ticket for May 2 in Potsdam Village Court.

0149 Patrols received a report of two females engaged in an argument in front of McDuffs Tavern. All parties had left the area prior to patrols arrival.
0239 Patrols responded to Main Street for several groups of pedestrians who were being loud and disruptive. The neighborhood was canvassed, though no violations were observed.
0245 Patrols responded to an apartment on Market Street for noise complaint, loud music.
0256 Patrols responded to the same location on Market Street for a second noise complaint by the same individuals. Kyle Vanvleet was issued an appearance ticket returnable on May 2.
0355 Patrols responded to Canton-Potsdam Hospital to assist the Sheriffs Department with a individual reported to be on their way there from the Parishville area, with the intention of doing harm to someone there. The individual was intercepted when they arrived and ultimately was released to seek treatment on a self-admit basis at the Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center.
0559 Patrols assisted the Sheriffs Department with a commercial burglar alarm at a business just outside the village.
0802 Found property was turned in to the police department, SUNY Potsdam was notified.
