MISSING CHILD - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged a 14-year-old male with a violation of the Family Court Act Monday following a missing child investigation complaint received at 7 p.m. Sunday from the town of Louisville. The arrest was made late Monday afternoon at 3 Ripley St., Massena.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Calvin J. Maxfield. 34, of Massena with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at 1:52 a.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on the South Raquette River Road.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - BOMBAY - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Monday. Among those:

■ Michael F. Barr, 64, of Brushton at 8:36 p.m. on state Route 95, near Cold Springs Road, in the town of Bombay.

■ Lorraine E. Fenoff, 51, of Constable at 11:05 p.m. on Cushman Road, near County Route 42, in the town of Fort Covington.
