RESISTING ARREST - MASSENA - A Massena man faces three charges Thursday morning after he threatened to have his Rottweiler attack police officers that had arrived at his residence to investigate a domestic dispute complaint.

Village police charged Houston R. Delosh, 26, of 110 Bishop Ave., Massena, with second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police said when they arrived at the complaint Delosh starting yelling and shouting obscenities at them and then threatened to to sic his dog on them.

They said when they informed Delosh he was being charged with harassment and disorderly conduct he ran into his residence and locked the door. Police said they entered the residence and took Delosh into custody.
