UNLAWFUL IMPRISONMENT - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Jermiah L. Spencer, 28, of Potsdam with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation into a domestic incident complaint filed with troppers at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Stockholm.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - POTSDAM - State police from around the region investigated several property damage accidents in Wednesday. Among those:

■ Kaylee Mae Hartley, 21, of Edwards and Linda L. Bronson, 63, of West Stockholm at 12:18 p.m. on Route 11, near Dayton Road, in the town of Potsdam.



PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police said one person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at 10:12 a.m Wednesday on state Route 68, near Kotz Road, in the town of Lisbon. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Mark J. Snell, 65, of Colton and Kevin W. Ovens, 48, of North Gower, Ont.,



HARASSMENT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Rockne D. Niles, 31, of Moira with second-degree harassment Wednesday stemming from an investigation reported to troopers March 23 from the town of Moira.



UNLAWFULLY GROWING CANNABIS - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Travis B. Michaels, 23, of Malone with unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing cannabis at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday at 455 County Route 32 in the town of Bombay.
