■ Ogdensburg police arrested Steven J. Mancuso-Haitz, 30, of 3 River Road, Apt. 4, Norfolk, at 8:50 a.m. Thursday on a City Court arrest warrant for third-degree assault. Mr. Mancuso-Haitz allegedly punched Clyde R. Thomas III, 21, of 923 Franklin St., at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 10 at the Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center. He was arraigned by Judge Gary Alford and released under his own recognizance.

■ Police arrested Allen C. Redmond, 46, of 114 Oak St., at 9 a.m. Thursday on a City Court bench warrant for violating probation. He was arraigned by Judge Alford and released under his own recognizance.

■ Police arrested Richard D. Goolden Jr., 31, of 717 Rensselaer Ave., at 12 p.m. Thursday on a City Court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date and pay a fine. He was originally charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Mr. Goolden was arraigned by Judge Alford and released with an appearance ticket.

■ Police arrested Bradley S. Stewart, 32, of 919 Ford Ave., at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday at 40 Main St. on a City Court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine. He was arraigned by Judge William Small, paid his fine, and was released.

■ Police ticketed Christopher J. Bouchey, 32, of 4625 Route 37, at 9:27 a.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Main Street for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and speeding.

■ Police arrested Melinda A. Montroy, 28, of 7957 Route 58, Hammond, at 11:11 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Rensselaer Avenue on a City Court bench warrant. Ms. Montroy was arraigned by Judge Small and released on her own recognizance.

■ Police arrested Jessica J. Kerr, 33, of 930 Ford St., at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at 210 Denny St. for failing to pay restitution. She was arraigned by Judge Small and released on her own recognizance.

■ Police ticketed Emily L. Bush, 41, of 1418 Middle Road, at 12:49 p.m. Wednesday for failing to stop at a stop sign following a two-car accident at the intersection of Morris and Knox streets. Police said a car driven by Eric M. Marsicane, 31, of Whitesboro, was damaged in the accident.

■ Police arrested Tanner M. Lawrence, 22, of 614 Hasbrouck St., at 1:06 p.m. Wednesday for a probation violation. He was arraigned by Judge Small and released to probationary supervision.

■ Police arrested Andrew J. Jacobs, 20, of 809 Main St., at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday at 825 State St. on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant. He was transported to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.

■ Police ticketed Natisha D. Ward, 35, of 2692 Route 37, Brier Hill, at 3:41 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of Main Street for speeding.

■ Police ticketed Stephanie A. Bowman, 33, of 7142 Route 37, at 3:56 p.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of Main Street for speeding.

■ Police ticketed Marybeth Davis, 24, of 5828 Route 37, at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of Main Street for driving while using a cell phone.

■ Police ticketed Robert W. Mceatheron II, 59, of 1113 Greene St., at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Ford and Paterson streets for not signaling on a turn.

■ Police ticketed John R. Clark, 44, of 731 Ford St., at 5:22 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Greene Street for speeding.

■ Police ticketed Matthew L. Tynon, 30, of 421 New York Ave., at 6:34 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of Main Street for speeding.

■ Police arrested Kenneth P. Fisher, 45, of 103 Spring St., Apt. 5, at 6:59 p.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of New York Avenue on a City Court arrest warrant for failing to submit an annual verification form, failing to report for an annual photograph and failing to verify his address within 90 days as required of level three sex offenders. All charges are felonies. Fisher was arraigned by Judge Gary Alford and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.

■ Police arrested Matthew J. Murdock, 31, of 220 Denny St., at 9:56 p.m. Wednesday at his home for first- and second-degree criminal contempt. Mr. Murdock allegedly pulled Brittany A. Smith, 24, of 722 Champlain St., off a chair while she was holding her baby. He was arraigned by Judge Alford and released on his own recognizance. A no-harassment order of protection was issued.

■ Police arrested Richard P. Goolden, Jr., 29, of 717 Rensselaer Avenue, at noon on Friday for failure to appear in court. He was initially charged with second-degree criminal trespassing. He was released on an appearance ticket.

■ Police arrested Gaetan A. Pontier, 33, of 912 Patterson St., on a city court warrant at 7:34 p.m. Friday for third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on an appearance ticket at the police station.

■ Police arrested Jennifer M. Kerr, 33, 1017 Knox St., at 1:11 p.m. Saturday on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.

■ Police arrested Christy M. Chase, 26, 108 Maple St., Hermon, at 10:16 p.m. Saturday for failure to pay a fine. She was arraigned by Judge Gary Alford and held on $300 bail. She was transported to the St. Lawrence County Jail.

■ Police ticketed Austin L. Vangorden, 16, 915 Adams Avenue, at Caroline and Riverside Avenue at 1:09 p.m. Sunday for making an improper right turn and violating his driving restrictions.
