DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Joelle A. Porter, 24, of 1560 state Route 37, Hogansburg, and Kaitlyn E. McDonald, 23, of 788 Lafrance Road, Hogansburg, with disorderly conduct at 2:26 a.m. Saturday after responding to a report of an altercation in progress in the Quality Inn parking lot off Church Street. They said the two women were found struggling on the ground and were taken into custody. McDonald was additionally charged with resisting arrest after she kicked at officers, refused to get into the patrol vehicle, kicked at the windows when she was placed in the vehicle and then refused to cooperate with officers during processing, police said.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Samatha E. Weekes, 22, of County Route 14, Madrid, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for making an unsafe lane change at 8:25 p.m. Friday following a stop on state Route 37.
