HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Masoud Siddiqi, 24, of Potsdam with second-degree harassment at 2:20 a.m. Wednesday at Maxfield’s on Market Streetfollowing an altercation. Siddiqi allegedly struck another person in the face.

2025Patrol responded for report of a golf cart being operated on streets. Subjects advised they could not operate the cart of village streets and escorted back to residence by patrol.
