■ Ogdensburg police charged Scott M. Bevins, 17, of 630 Linden St., at 7:45 p.m. Friday at the Greenbelt for squealing his vehicle’s tires. He was released on an appearance ticket.

■ Police arrested Jason P. Langstaff, 41, of 417 Hasbrouck St., at 8:20 p.m. Friday for trespassing at 607 Montgomery St.

■ Police ticketed Brandon A. Lawton, 28, of 246 Belmont Courts, at 10:14 p.m. Friday for inadequate tail lamp on the driver’s side of his vehicle.

■ Police arrested Dylan Hoover, 18, of 1812 Jay St., at 3:43 p.m. Saturday at his home for first-degree criminal contempt after he allegedly violated a no-harassment order. He was arraigned and released under supervision of probation.

■ Police ticketed Christopher W. Dishaw, 26, of 1529 Greene St., at 3:20 p.m. Saturday at the 700 Block of Main St., for speeding in a speed zone.

■ Police ticketed Peter J. Ward, 45, of 1013 Northumberland, Morristown, at 3:38 p.m. p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of Main Street for speeding in a speed zone.

■ Police ticketed Judith A. Adams, 71, of 1425 Washington St., Watertown, at the corner of State St. and Riverside Avenue at 5:58 p.m. Saturday for failure to stop at a “STOP” sign.

Police arrested Timothy D. Lalonde, 48, of 510 Pleasant Avenue, outside of Club 1812, 101-113 Lake St., at 2:12 a.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was released on an appearance ticket.

■ Police charged Shannon M. Monpetit, 30, of 29 School St., Brier Hill, at 2:48 p.m. Sunday with petit larceny at Wal-Mart, 3000 Ford St. She was released on an appearance ticket.

■ Police charged Thomas W. Budd, 23, of 315 Paterson St., at 10:33 p.m. Wednesday at the 700 block of Park Street for unlicensed operation. He was released on an appearance ticket. He was also ticketed for improper signal.

■ Police charged Melissa L. McLear, 32, 623 State St., with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 10:18 p.m. Wednesday at the 700 Block of Ford Street. She was released on an appearance ticket.

■ Police ticketed Meguerdich K. Kouyoumdijan, 87, 1115 Irace Drive, Brockville, Ontario, at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday at the 1700 Block of Greene Street for speeding.

■ Police charged Shane M. Kerry, 30, of 201 Lafayette St., at 5:58 p.m. Wednesday for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released on an appearance ticket.

■ Marshall T. Brown, 53, 1106 Ford St., reported to city police at 3:58 p.m. Wednesday that his bicycle was stolen from 216 Caroline St.

■ Police arrested John H. Pribble, 38, of 142 Belmont Courts, at 12:27 p.m. Wednesday on a City Court bench warrant for failure to appear to answer a charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned by Judge William R. Small and released on his own recognizance. He was later transported to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on another bench warrant.

■ Police charged Elijah A. Morrow, 16, of 708 Washington St., at 12:18 p.m. Wednesday for criminal possession of a controlled substance (codeine) and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket.

■ Police charged Andrew S. Ritchie, 22, of 5855 Route 812, at 12:18 p.m. at the 600 block of Linden Street for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released on an appearance ticket. He was also ticketed for speeding.

■ Police ticketed Lisa M. Barber, 49, 716 Bigelow St., at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of Linden Street for speeding.
