DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Richard A. Fields Jr., 30, of Massena with disorderly conduct at 11:25 a.m. Friday at 175 East Orvis St.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged William J. Davis Jr., 35, of 33 Douglas Road, Massena, with disorderly conduct at 1:26 a.m. Friday on Park Avenue. Davis was reportedly yelling and screaming during an argument with his sister and refused to comply with police requests to alter his behavior.



HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Village police charged Johnnie M. Eldridge Jr., 34, of 53 Maple St., Massena, with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child after responding to a domestic dispute complaint at 7:05 p.m. Thursday on Richards Street. Eldridge was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $500 cash.



BENCH WARRANTS - MASSENA - Village police picked up Alan M. Green, 22, of 54 McCluskey Ave., Massena, on three warrants alleging he had failed to appear as directed on cases in Massena courts. Police said Green turned himself in on the warrants at the police station. He was arraigned by Acting Massena Village Justice James M. Crandall and released to reappear at a later date in village court.
