DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Robert S. Glassburn, 59, of Potsdam with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 1:45 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Market Street after responding to a report of a possible intoxicated driver. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.14 percent.

PASSED SCHOOL BUS - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Steve Nelson, 56, of Nicholville for passing a stopped school bus at 8:52 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Elm Street.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Allison Rouselle, 19, of Potsdam for following too closely following a property damage accident at 12:24 p.m. Friday on Pierrepont Avenue.
