OPEN CONTAINER - POTSDAM - Village police charged Brendon S. Grabowski, Jr., 20, of Tonawanda and Katherine L. Federiconi, 20, of Greenfield Center with open container violations at 1:17 a.m. Sunday after an officer observed them walking onBay Street with plastic cups containing an alcoholic beverage, a violation of the local ordinance.
BAD CHECK - POTSDAM - Village police charged Jeremiah J. Wells, 29, of Fort Drum with issuing a bad check at 10:20 p.m. Saturday on an arrest warrant issued by the Potsdam Village Court. The warrant was issued as a result of an investigation stemming from a complaint received from a local business. Wells was arraigned in village court and released on his own recognizance.
PEDESTRIAN CROSSING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Russell L. Loomis, 26, of North Bay for failure to stop for a pedestrian in a crosswalk at 7:03 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Bay Street.
