DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Jordan P. Deshane, 18, of 7 Bishop Ave., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 9:55 p.m. Monday on Willow Street. They said when they responded to a complaint on Willow Street they found Deshane arguing with Travis Deshane. They said Jordan was charged after he refused to calm down despite numerous requests by police to alter his behavior.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Mackenzie M. Sharpe, 19, of Brouse Avenue, Massena, for following too closely at 5:20 p.m. Monday on South Main Street.
