MENACING - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Sonica D. Locy, 42, of Massena with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree criminal mischief after responding to a domestic dispute call at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday at 30 Fayette Road in the town of Norfolk. She allegedly threatened her 36-year-old estranged husband, Chad J. Locy, with a kitchen knife and kicked and damaged a bedroom door casing during the argument. She reportedly chased her husband with the knife and pursued him when he left the residence.She was arraigned by Norfolk Town Justice Donald G. Lustyik and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - BOMBAY - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Wednesday. Among those:

■ Krystal N. Enwright, 33, of Norfolk at 1:31 p.m. on state Route 95, near Frank Joy Road, in the town of Bombay.

■ Darryl J. Elam, 31, and Sherri L. Harr, 33, bith of Brushton, at 3:33 p.m. on Southwood Road, near Route 11, in the town of Bombay.
