HARASSMENT - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Brandon K. Fenn, 16, of Brasher Falls with second-degree harassment after responding to a domestic dispute call at 3:34 p.m. Thursday at 422 state Route 420, Winthrop. Fenn was reportedly involved in a physical altercation with his mother, Andra Kennett, 42. Fenn was arraigned by Stockholm Town Justice Wayne G. Williams and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - BRASHER IRON WORKS - Massena-based state police charged Adam F. Premo, 25, of Brasher Falls with fourth-degree criminal mischief after responding to a domestic dispute call at 10:13 a.m. Thursday at 2444 County Route 55 in the town of Brasher. Premo reportedly damaged a wall while he was engaged in an argument with his mother about his sister and her boyfriend. Troopers said following that incident the sister’s boyfriend allegedly punched Premo in the head. Troopers charged Kevin R. Wells, 36, of Brasher Falls with third-degree assault. Wells was arraigned by Brasher Town Justice John Burns and released after posting $1,000 bail.

DWAI DRUGS - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged Donald J. Buckshot, 52, of Hogansburg with driving while ability impaired by drugs at 3 a.m. Friday following a stop in the town of Constable.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - POTSDAM - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Thursday. Among those:

■ Crystal L. Carrow, 33, of Massena at 7:44 a.m. on state Route 310, near County Route 34, in the town of Potsdam.
