DWI - LISBON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Christopher A. Todd, 20, of Rensselaer Falls, with driving while intoxicated following an accident reported at 2:20 a.m. Saturday.

Troopers said Todd hit a house at 4211 state Route 68 in Lisbon after he failed to stop at a stop sign.

Police said Mr. Todd did not have a seatbelt on and was drinking alcohol in the vehicle.

Todd’s blood alcohol content was reportedly 0.14 percent. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher is considered proof of intoxication in the state.

DWI - STAR LAKE - Star Lake-based state police charged William A. Stone, 21, of Potsdam, with driving while intoxicated following an investigation into an ATV accident that happened May 11 in the town of Fine.

Police said Stone was injured after crashing his ATV at 12:28 a.m. May 11.

Troopers said the scene was compromised by the time they showed up and all they saw of the accident was debris in the roadway.

Stone refused to give a blood sample and was taken to Clifton-Fine Hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries.

He was also charged for not wearing a helmet and for following too closely.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Travis M. Bloss, 25, of Oneida at 11:36 p.m. May 10 following a traffic stop on the Lime Hollow Road in the town of Norfolk.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Paul L. Richard, 36, of Syracuse with third-degree criminal trespass - railroad following an incident reported at 8:16 a.m. Saturday in the town of Norfolk.

AGGRAVATED DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Katelyn M. Bero, 23, of Akwesasne with aggravated driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for failure to keep right on a two-lane road following a stop at 2:30 a.m. Saturday on state Route 37C. A DWI charge is elevated to aggravated DWI when the blood alcohol content is 0.18 percent or higher.

DWI - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police charged Tina M. Jock, 49, of Potsdam with driving while intoxicated and refusal to take a breath test and ticketed her for failure to keep right following a stop at 3:37 a.m. Saturday on Lafayette Street in the town of Waverly.

RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Shayne A. Carter, 50, of Brushton with first-degree reckless endangerment after respondingt a domestic dispute complaint at 4:30 p.m. Friday in the town of Moira. She was arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail.
