SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Melissa A. Curtis, 38, of County Route 14, Madrid, for speed in zone at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on the South Raquette Road.

NOISE VIOLATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Robert Larock, 30, of 118 Jefferson Ave., Massena, with a violation of the village’s noise ordinance Tuesday morning stemming from an investigation into a complaint of loud music emanating from his residence Friday.

RED LIGHT VIOLATION - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kimberly A. Burnham, 20, of Route 420, Massena, with a red light violation Monday evening.

FAILURE TO SIGNAL - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Ricardo Garcia Jr., 23, of Belmont Avenue, The Bronx, for failure to signal while entering the roadway at 5:58 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop after he pulled out of Romeo’s Liquors onto South Main Street.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kaitlyn Wade, 25, of McKendry Street, Metcalfe, Ont., for speed in zone at 10:04 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Route 37.

INADEQUATE STOP LAMPS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Allison H. Besio, 29, of state Route 420, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate stop lamps following a traffic stop at 5:09 p.m. Saturday on Willow Street.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Daniel P. Robertson, 35, of 154 North Main St., Massena, with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate exhaust following a traffic stop at 4:49 p.m. Saturday on East Orvis Street.
