TRAFFIC DETAIL = POTSDAM - Village police issued several tickets Wednesday as part of a Buckle up New York traffic detail:

■ Taylor J. Chapman, 19, of Colton for passing a school bus while flashing red lights were activated at 8:08 a.m. on Elm Street.

■ Emily P. Devito, 23, of Cold Springs Harbor for no seatbelt – driver at 8:16 a.m. on Market Street.

■ Aziz Dar, 23, of Bethany, Conn., for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no seatbelt – driver at 8:32 a.m. on Pierrepont Avenue.

■ Kirsten M. Conte, 17, of Raymondville for driving while using a mobile phone at 8:59 a.m. on Elm Street.

■ Bingqian Hu, 26, of Potsdam for no seatbelt – driver at 9:06 a.m. on Maple Street.
