DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Jane A. Frank, 62, of Canton with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for failure to keep right at 10:11 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Sandstone Drive. Frank reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.14 percent.

A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher is considered proof of intoxication in the state.

Police said they made traffic stop after they observed Frank’s vehicle crossing the center yellow line on Sandstone Drive.

BENCH WARRANT - POTSDAM - Village police picked up Joshua J. Devine, 29, on a bench warrant issued for an alleged probation violation at 8:10 a.m. Friday at Midtown Apartments. He was arraigned in Potsdam Village Court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Faciliry with bail set at $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond.

1622 Received report of a suspicious person on Larnard Street. Patrol responded.

1735 Larceny from a vehicle report. Patrol responded.

2059 Patrol completed an equipment inspection for a ticket issued by NYSP.

2140 Record check completed for another law enforcement agency.

2211 Traffic stop on Sandstone Drive, Arrest made.
