STOLEN PROPERTY - POTSDAM - Another day turned into another arrest in an investigation into a shoplifting complaint earlier this month from the Potsdam Walmart.
Canton-based state police charged Sasha S. Monroe, 27, of Norfolk with petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy Saturday morning.
Troopers charged Alexis N. Gondosch, 24, of Norwood with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Friday morning.
Peter J. Shantie, 43, of Norfolk had been charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, conspiracy and petit larceny Thursday stemming from an investigation into a shoplifting complaint filed with troopers at 12:48 a.m. May 20 from the town of Potsdam. Jeremy J. Monroe, 32, of Norfolk had previously been charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fifth-degree conspiracy in connection with that same investigation.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - CHATEAUGAY - Malone-based state police charged Robert J. Larock, 30, of 118 Jefferson Ave., Massena, with unlawful possession of marijuana Friday. He was a passenger in a vehicle being operated by Bobbie Jo Larock, 35, of 118 Jefferson Ave., Massena. She had been charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container following a traffic stop at 8:54 a.m. Friday on Route 11 in the town of Chateaugay.
CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged Howard D. David, 52, of Hogansburg with second-degree criminal contempt after responding to a disturbance complaint at 9:20 a.m. Saturday on County Route 30 in the town of Constable.
PETIT LARCENY - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Ashton M. Francis, 25, of Hogansburg with petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 7:20 p.m. Saturday at the Malone Walmart.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MALONE - Malone-based state police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Saturday. Among those:
