BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Jonathan M. Lindsey, 26, of 92 Water St., Massena, on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to appear in village court as directed on a pending open container violation stemming from an incident on July 29, 2012. The warrant had been signed Nov. 5, 2013 by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson. He was held in the village lockup overnight, arraigned Monday morning by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow, pleaded guilty, paid a $50 fine and was released from custody.

WARRANT - Village police picked up Steven D. Lecalir, 21, of 96 Water St., Massena, at 2:39 p.m. Sunday at the Alcoa Field Park on a warrant from Ogdensburg City Court. He was turned over to the Ogdensburg City Police Department pending arraignment in city court.

RECKLESS DRIVING - MASSENA - Village police charged Curtis R. Gagnon, 27, of 22 Sports Club Road, Ogdensburg, with reckless driving and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 11:38 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on state Route 37.

IMPROPER SIGNAL - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kali M. Sharlow, 19, of County Route 48, Norwood, for making an improper signal following a traffic stop at 4:38 p.m. Sunday on Main Street at Water Street.
