BURGLARY - POTSDAM - Village police charged Rebecca L. Kelly, 38, of Potsdam with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief, two counts of second-degree harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at 8:34 p.m. Sunday at 150 Market St. after responding to a report of a home invasion. She was arraigned by Potsdam Village Justice Nicholas Pignone and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. Police said the received a report of an ongoing home invasion and physical altercation at an apartment located at 150 Market St. Police said their investigation determined Kelly allegedly damaged a window screen and made entry into the apartment through the window. Once inside the apartment, Kelly attacked the resident, striking her multiple times. While taking Kelly into custody, police said she resisted arrest and kicked an officer.

STOP SIGN VIOLATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Michael S. Fulton, 19, of Colton for failure to stop at a stop sign at 1:09 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Leroy Street. The violation allegedly took place on Waverly Street at Broad Street.

FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Ashley S. Radell, 27, of Norwood for failure to yield the right of a half road to traffic following a traffic stop at 1:10 a.m. Sunday after she was allegedly observed traveling down the center of the unmarked portion of Main Street.
