NO SEAT BELT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Gregory J. Meilleur, 37 of Hermon for failure to wear a seat beltat 11:30 a.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on Sisson Street. Police said Meilleur was a passenger in the vehicle.

LITTERING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Michael T. Matzell, 28, of Potsdam for littering at 7:53 p.m. Thursday fter patrol observed him as a passenger in a vehicle throwing refuse out into the street. The traffic stop was made on Market Street.
