PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police picked up Jarrett B. Shenandoah, 31, of 147 McGee Road, Hogansburg, on a bench warrant at 4:06 p.m. Saturday at the Massena Walmart and charged him with petit larceny.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Delbert R. House, 52, of 1 Depot St., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 1:25 p.m. Saturday on Depot Street.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Timothy G. Vendler, 32, of Florence, Ky., for following too closely at 2:15 p.m. Saturday on state Highway 37.

NO BRAKE LIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Roy W. Rafter Jr., 31, of Chase Mills for no brake light at 1:27 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Liberty Avenue and Willow Street.

PASSED RED LIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Tyler V. Savage, 18, of Brasher Falls for a passed red light at 8:43 p.m. Friday on state Highway 37 and Urban Drive following a property damage accident.

WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Joseph R. McMahon, 22, of 29 Elm St., Massena, at 4:26 p.m. Friday at World Class Gym on a warrant from the New York State Police. He was turned over to New York State Police.
